How can I register?
It's easy, by clicking on the written Register, in the home page at the top on the left, you will access to a form where you will be able to complete all your details. Otherwise, in the home page, through the LOG IN section, click on Register.

Why should I register?
You can enter in the web site and easy navigate either without register, just look around. The vantages you will have in the registration are:

  • you can make your purchase order on lindestore.com.
  • with the registration you can enter on the lindestore.com mailing list and have the possibility to be informed of the events, the news and the special offers on the web site.


Does the registration give me any particular dutys?
No, absolutely no dutys and/or burdens.

What do I have to do if I forgot my password?
From the home page, through the LOG IN section, by clicking on “Forgot your password”, insert your e-mail adress and automatically you will recive an e-mail with the new password.

Why do I have to insert my country?
Because lindestore.com does not sell worldwide. But if you are from one of these country, at the purchase moment you can insert a delivery address different from the one of invoicing.

How can I navigate on the web site and understand where I can find the products I'am looking for?
Navigate on the web site it's easy, from the main menu, you can select the product typology you are interested in, (accessories, music, clothing). After that you have the possibility to choose the category you are more interested, then through the filters, that change depending on the selected category, you have the possibility to refine your research.

Which credit cards I can use to make an order?>
VISA, Master Card. (No AMEX, but will be accepted soon)

How can I be sure that my credit card details are well protected?
Through the protected Bankpass server, all the financial informations (credit card number and expiration date, etc) will be stored and managed by the Banca Popolare dell' Emilia Romagna. Neither lindestore.com neither others will be able to acced on these informations and therefore gain knowledge of them.

When my credit card will be charged of my purchase?
Depending on your credit card type: at the end of the month, the 10th of the following month of purchasing, the 15th of the following month of purchasing.

Will I have to pay additional costs at the delivery?
No, any additional cost.

DELIVERY


Can I check the delivery of my order?
Yes, through the monitoring. Once your delivery leaves, you will receive from our express courrier (TNT or FedEx Express), an e-mail with your order number and the URL from which you will be abel to follow the delivery. You will just have to enter on the url page and you will see the delivery monitored.

What happened if there is nobody at the delivery date?
TNT or FedEx will repeat the delivery in the following days. Anyway TNT or FedEx will leave a notice of failed delivery with all the informations regarding it.

Can I ask to send a gift to a different address?
Yes, but make sure that at the order confirmation you specify a different delivery address.6
